Principles
Ice Exposure prides itself as an organization that operates with integrity and professionalism. We strive to maintain honest and open relationships with teams and clients.
Our firm looks out for the best interest of our players, not hockey organizations. We do not allow our relationships with coaches, scouts etc. to affect the representation of our clients. We always put our clients first when advising on potential opportunities.
Regardless of the situation, we do not force any of our clients to play for a specific organization or league. It is our job to weigh the pros and cons of each opportunity while leaving the final decision with our clients.
We do not make any false claims about guaranteed roster spots or tryouts. We make it known that there are many uncertainties in hockey when it comes to trades and releases.
Confidentiality
We respect the wishes of each individual when it comes to confidentiality. This includes allowing each player to dictate the guidelines of our relationship.
Our clients dictate whether or not they wish to be included in player profiles or social media. Their contact information is also regarded as privileged information, and is not shared without consent.
Conflicts of Interest
A player is notified prior to agreeing to our services if our organization foresees any notable conflicts of interest. It is at the player’s discretion to move forward if the conflict of interest is viewed as manageable.
